C&T Publishing/Makin's Clay Class at CHA

The CHA Summer Show was awesome, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Checking out the new products that will be available soon in stores. Working at the Makin's Clay Booth doing Make & Take's where I met Jodie McNally who loved the Makin's Clay so much she blogged about it on her web site, check it out at www.jodiemcnally.com. Teaching an awesome class for Makin's Clay and C&T Publishing; pictured above is the project we worked on in class. We used C&T Publishing's Petal Pot as the base for the clay, then the clay was blended and put on the side of the pot. Check out C&T Publishing at: http://www.ctpub.com/ . I also helped out my friend Lorine Mason with her class which was sponcered by Creative Home Arts Magazine and used Makin's Clay on an ornament. Makin's Clay is a NO BAKE POLYMER CLAY that is easy to use and has great results. Check out their web site at http://www.makinsclay.com/ to see the products they have to offer and where you can get some to try. If you have any questions about Makin's Clay I will be happy to answer them for you.
Tomorrow I will be posting pictures from the Kid's Crafting Display at CHA.

I finally have my computer back!

I finally have my computer back from Sony, now hopefully it will work without problems and I can catch up on everything........

CHA is just 2 short weeks away and there is so much to do. I am working with 17 fabulous designers to create a Girls Dream Bedroom Display for the show floor, along with 3 other rooms (Retro Kitchen Display, Art Classroom Display & Family Scrapbook Display) each of which will be filled with wonderful designs that have been created with CHA manjufacturer's products and geared toward Kids Crafting. Here is a picture of my inspirational fabric for the bedroom from Marcus Brothers Fabrics (http://www.marcusbrothers.com/) The room colors are Pink, Tourquosie and Orange. I would like to thank the manufacturer's who helped the designers with product for the display:
