Giant Easter Eggs

As many of you know I have a 24/7 Day Job

 where I am the Director of Operations for a Shopping Mall....

as is the case with most jobs these days we wear many

hats for whatever position we hold....

while I attend to the daily operations of the mall and the needs of the tenants;

I also do the advertising and plan the events for the mall....

We have had an Easter Bunny coming out the mall the day before Easter

for the past 12 years.  Last year at the last minute we decided to try having the Easter Bunny

sit for pictures instead of walking around....hoping it would not get so hot in the costume....

this worked out well so this year we wanted to decorate a Easter area for the Easter Bunny to sit at.

I decided to make some Giant Easter Eggs to help decorate the Easter area...

I used Foam Core Board, Tissue Paper, Beacon Fast Finish Decoupage, Tulip Fashion Glitter and Velcro Brand Industrial Strength Adhesive Strips.

I made easels from foam core board to attach to the back of the eggs to hold them up.

Here is a picture of the Easter area with the eggs in place, they turned out great and added some color for picture taking....Pictured with the Easter Bunny are my grandson and granddaughter....
