Julie Fei-Fan Balzer's dress won "Fan Favorite" at the Crafty Couture, CHA Designer Challenge.

CHA Designers were asked to design and create a mixed media dress for the
"Crafty Couture Designer Challenge"
The entries were displayed on the show floor
and all of them were wonderful works of ART!
Designers could work independently, or in teams.
