It is the first Monday of the month and
time for the Designer Blog Hop Crafts Connection!
We are celebrating National Craft Month!

The project I am sharing with you today
is one I created for the PBS Show
where I will be traveling to this week
to tape segments that will air
later this year.

This headband is made from

As you can tell better from the above photo
the clay is blended; here you can see the
pink to a shade of peach....
the technique I used to make these
is the same as the Blended Postcards
pictured above...
by clicking here which will take you
to a post from March of 2010.
I hope you enjoy this fun and easy Technique!

Remember March is
National Craft Month!
Take time to enjoy your favorite craft.
craft with friends, teach someone a craft
or learn a new craft;
you will be happy you did!

  7. That is so cute. I didn't realize at first that the headband was made from the clay as well. That so cool! This would make a great summer project.

  8. I've never worked with clay before. This looks like it would be a lot of fun. I'd love to try creating some things for home decor with it. Is it waterproof?

    1. No Peggy since it is an air dry clay it is not water proof, you can seal it once dry with a water proof sealant and then it would be....enjoy!
