I am so excited to announce week 2 of the Neenah EPC Film
blog hop. Last week Melony Bradley created the cutest t-shirts with the Neenah EPC Film and Sizzix Dies; you can check them out here if you missed seeing them.
Since it is already fall and actually cooling down here in MN I thought I would create a fall centerpiece that would take me right into Thanksgiving and remind me of things that I am Thankful for everyday!
Here's how I did it:
Although this is hard to see; I used my Cricut Expressions to create my words for things I am Thankful for in my life; then I reversed them before cutting....which is very important with words....
I peeled away the excess so just the words were left; which I then cut apart.
I placed the words face down onto silk leaves I peeled off their stem.
I used my iron on a the highest setting for only about 15 - 20 seconds; then I let them cool down completely.
I peeled the backing away and had dozens of leaves with things to be Thankful for written on them.
I placed the leaves onto a rectangular plate....
and placed some candle holders on top....
Now it is ready to put out and enjoy. I can also move the leaves around every few days so that all the things I am Thankful will be seen.
You can create and personalize a variety of items with Neenah EPC Film which is so Quick and Easy and you get great results! I have used it on Lace, Felt, Wood, Paper and Ribbon to name a few and had great results with all of them.....
Neenah EPC Film comes
in 5 colors: Red, Black, White, Green and Blue. If you are unable to find it at your locale craft store it is available on Amazon.com.
